The expo will be May 8th, 4-8 p.m. The expo will be open to the public from 4-6 p.m. and then a business networking event from 6-8 p.m. Barb and Donna requested a budget of $4,000. Advertising will include billboards, placemats, newspaper ads, and flyers. Everyone who attends the expo must be a member. Invitations will include 2007 and 2008 members as there is a delay in the mailing of the 2008 membership packets and there is a strong possibility that renewals will not be received prior to the expo deadline. Invites will also be mailed to all members with their membership packets next week. Fran made a motion and Erin Gabany seconded it. All were in favor.
